It was a cold windy night and melanie was anxious about her dad not coming home that night. She was taking her of her little brother and sister while her mom was recovering in the hospital. It was 1:00 and melanie's dad was still not back and she needed to go to the store to buy milk for the kids. Finally it was 1:45 and melanie's dad got home, he was really drunk with a beer in his hand and no money in his pocket. Melanie was really dissapointed that she just broke down and started crying and told her dad " Look I am very tired of you doing this every single day, you can't keep doing this you know you have 3 children to take care of and you act like you don't have any, if you keep doing this I am going to call a social worker and tell them to take us away from you!!!!!!!". Melanie couldn't believe she actually standed up to her dad like that but what was about to come was not good. Her dad stood up from the chair and said "Listen to me you stupid little girl you don't talk to me that way and you are not going to tell anybody because your not going anywhere!!!". Melanie couldn't escape she couldn't leave alone her little brother and sister alone. She went to the kitchen and sat there for a while but her dad was still yelling at her. Suddenly her dad came into the kitchen and started taking his belt off "I think it's time I teach you a little lesson", "Dad please don't do this I'm begging you I won't call the social worker please.... please... I'm really sorry." Her dad didn't care and smacked her right in the face with the belt, he continued to her really bad. She cried and cried but no one heard her there was nothing she could do about it.

Working with my team (A.K.A Purple Doods) has been really great because I can see what their Ideas are and what we can all come together as. There are a little bit of disadvantages and adavantages but we all work it out. Some disadvantages are that we don't agree on the same thing,we don't like each other or don't get along,maybe one person wants to do the same thing as the others and we can't decide. The advantages that we have is we work together with great Ideas,we don't feel lonely as if you were working on by yourself,we save time by working together, and the best part is that we are friends and can work together. Even tough there are these differences we can still work together as the group we created....(A.K.A "THE PURPLE DOODS!)....

Why - It is really important because when melanie was little she and her little brother and sister were hit every single day?
How - She is planning to make a group and help out every single child that has been hurt or is being hurt right now she wants to make a difference out there.

6. What hobbies does your character have? She loves to play football, use the computers, play with her little brother and sister and cook for them

We recieved some very good comments from the rest of the classmates but we do need to improve in alittle bit. The other classmates said that we needed more levels and I think that's what we need to work on. They also wanted us to have more activities on the questions so I think our team has some prety good ideas to make it more fun. Just wait for it and you'll see that our game will become so much better fun.

This movie was really inspiring because it was about 3 young children who grew up in the bad part of Newark, New Jersey and who went through many rough times dealing with violence,drugs and abuse in their community and how they pulled ot off to become major doctors and have an amazing career. It really taught that no matter where I come from, what gender am I, or what kind of race I am I will always get a chance to achieve my dreams and make them possible. It motivates and inspires you to do it just how they did it getting an education and trying the best that you can. I think that this was an extraordinary movie and it tells you that no matter what anyone says or do you will always get a chance to achieve your dreams.

This week I've experienced many cool stuff about creating a Flash Game. First I tought that it was going to be boring and hard, but then I started to get the hang of it. I learned about the animations we get to put and how we can make it look realistic.Right now we are making a Paper Protype, what that is is basically doing the screens of a game but we do it in paper first. We get to color it and design what we need to do. The hardest part that's gonna come it's the code part where we have to add all those codes to make it move. I know that I will get the hang of it but who knows. I do hope to get it well wish me good luck!!!!

sO HaRd tO SAy!!!!....>><>

The book I'm reading is about a girl named Xio who falls head over heels in love with the new guy named Frederick. Xio really....really.....really likes him and she tries to get as much as possicble close to him and talk to him. Frederick came all the way from Wisconsin so he doesn't really know that much spanish but xio really likes teaching him. Frederick soon starts to get into soccer and meets his friend Victor. Victor is one of the best players in soccer and is a popular kid. Frederick starts to feel this weird connection about victor and he is thinking about him all the time, and whenever frederick sees him he always gets a big smile in his face. Later on xio asks frederick if he wants to go to the movies with her and she says yes. Then frederick starts feeling more stuff and he's still not sure if he likes victor and xio has no idea what is going on. I think that next time frederick is going to tell victor that he likes him. I don't have a conncetion with this book but it's an amazing story.

WiNtEr bReAk!!!>>>>>>....!!!!

Let's see my winter break was........... BORING and FUN at the same time!!!. On christmas we ate tamales and atole, after that at 12:00 we opened our presents. I got a Justin Bieber calendar,posters,and many other stuff of him. Iwas really excited when I opened it because that was what I wanted. Moving on to New Year's Eve, me and my family waited inside until it was 12:00 to go outside and scream HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I also watched many celebrities perform live from Times Square, It was also really excititng to see the big ball drop from way high up. Later on our neighbors popped fireworks and it they were really bright and loud. The worst thing that happened was that they lit up this firework and we didn't even notice that it flew under the neighbors car and started a big fire. I was really scared I tought that it was just a person making a fire but no it was really real. Well I think that's enough information........ seeeeee ya! Hope you enjoyed my story (P.S.
